Hongruntong Ceramic hoses are constructed with a ceramic lining on the inner surface, which provides excellent resistance to wear and tear caused by abrasive materials. The ceramic lining is typically made from high-quality alumina ceramic tiles, which are bonded to a durable rubber outer layer.

These hoses are internally lined with high-purity alumina ceramic tiles or ceramic rings, embedded into a robust rubber structure. The result is a heavy-duty hose designed to transport highly abrasive media such as slurry, ash, sand, tailings, and ore concentrate with minimum wear and maximum durability.
